Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us by email prior to returning your item for exchange or credit. We will not accept returns if contact is not made before your item is returned.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority at Georgie Girl Australia, and so we offer a 7 day exchange or refund guarantee for all items purchased from the date you receive your order, if it meets the criteria set out below.
Return of goods will be accepted if the item is unused and returned in original packaging or if the item is faulty. All returns must be sent by Registered Post to ensure tracking and receipt of the returned item. The reason we request this is for your own protection - if we do not receive the returned product then we cannot reimburse you.
If your item is sent back and does not meet the criteria provided in point form below, then a reimbursement will not be provided. We can return the item to you, but additional postage must be paid before this can take place.
Once you have made contact within the 7 day period, your item must be returned within the next 7 days.
We cannot accept returns on SALE items unless they are faulty.
FAULTY ITEMS
If item is determined faulty you will be reimbursed for Registered Post return costs and you will not be charged for postage of replacement items. If you request a refund you will be refunded all expenses.
ALL OTHER RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If returning for other reasons, the item is to be returned at your expense by Registered Post. You will also be responsible for postage of the replacement item. If you request a refund, you will be credited your total purchase less postage. In the event that postage was free with the original purchase then the actual cost of postage will be deducted.
NEED A REPLACEMENT ITEM QUICKLY?
What if you have a special event and you require an item quickly and you don't have time to send back your item and then have a replacement product sent? In this situation it is best to purchase another item and return your original purchase for reimbursement.
DIRECTIONS FOR RETURNING ITEMS
When returning your product please ensure that you provide the following details:
- full name
- order number
- reason why you are returning the item
- request for replacement or refund
Please ensure that:
- the item has not been worn, damaged or soiled
- all labels are still attached
- the item is still in original condition and packaging
- the item is packaged well for its return to ensure that it is not damaged in the mail. We take great care in packaging items to send to you and we expect the same in return
